This aircraft just had it’s annual in July 2018. Has new batteries and under the fuselage tires. It is good shape with no damage or corrosion history. The aircraft has an E185 engine rated at 185 horse power and only has 212 hours. Air Frame has 2930 hours, prop has 1 hour since AD. Interior is in really nice shape and can seat 4-people. Max has a working replacement gauge for the one that is missing in the picture. The body has been regularly buffed to keep it bright and shiny. This aircraft has Palo tail mod, Cleveland brakes, 2-VAL 760 radio, King 85 ADF, AT 50 Transponder, hydraulic retractable landing gear and comes with complete logs. Cruise Speed at 70% power at 5000 feet is 130-knots, Clean Stall 64-knots, Flaps down Stall 50-knots. Typical fuel burn running 100LL Avgas is 10/12 gallons/hour. The aircraft is stored in a heated hangar at the KCYO Pickaway County Airport in Circleville Ohio 43113.
