Fresh Annual until 11/2018, No corrosion found. Treated with corrosion X every 6mo-1yr.Always hangared until October this year.VFR GPS AvMap EKP IV with graphical terrain/ hazard avoidance406 ELT has MOGAS STC so it can run on car gasburn rate of 8.5gal/hr, factory 18gal EXTENDED RANGE TANK included but not installed. Mechanically great but will need paint. Most of all I wanted a trouble free functional plane.I have a second spare engine 986 SMOH that was fully functional in this plane (replaced 7/20/2016) that I will sell with the plane for additional $2500. Same mechanic last 5 years. Very reliable plane, flown on 5000 NM trip this year through Central America (returned Oct 2017). I have all logs for everything. I have all logs digital as well. I replaced the engine because I got a great deal on the rebuilt engine and I wanted to have a spare engine in case of a prop strike or some other major issue. I could swap them back out and still be flying with minimal downtime. The engine in the plane currently is a 1964 engine GO-300-E. The original engine GO-300-A is the extra engine for sale for an additional $2500. Both engines are in operational condition and either one could be functional in the plane.
