I have had a lot of call/messages requesting more details & new photos.I have taken new photos of the current condition 5-10-17 (today).The last annual expired in 2010The engines have been regularly turned over by hand, but the battery is dead & have not used an APU - I believe there may be bird nest in airbox and do not want to risk sucking anything into engine so the airbox would need to be cleaned before attempting to start the engines. general performance information - I used 40 gal/hr @ 170 kts for rough flight planning”

This large twin engine airplane has not been flown or used in several years and is out of annual and been parked outside at Elizabethton, TN airport (0A9). The photos have been updated & are current (taken 5-10-17); the paint is currently poor. Leather interior could use cleaning andconditioning. will include spare core engine for parts / accessories (has been picked for parts). Same owner for last 20 years, family has grown and we are not just not using it anymore. I"ve thought we would put it back in annual and fly,but it hasn"t happened and I need to be sold to someone that can use it. Has been a solid reliable large twin that can haul a load.
