“This aircraft was restored under the careful supervision of the owner. It was repainted and new interior in 2008 and is in very nice condition. The engines are 250 HP Lycoming with all accessories new or recently overhauled, including Carbs., fuel pumps, engine mounts, 70 Amp alternators, starters, magnetos and Hartzell Propellers. The airframe has new tires, upholstery, glass, cabin heater and bladder fuel tanks. The instrument panel has been upgraded with all current instruments and the avionics package includes PMA 6000M-C Audio Panel, GNS 430 Nav/Com GPS, KX155 Nav/Com radio and KT76A Transponder. This aircraft has been hanger stored since restoration and is in excellent condition, requiring minimal maintenance going forward. Source documentation is available to verify all restoration and maintenance actions. This owner is “long of tooth” and has decided to hang it up.”
