Overview

This 1964 Piper PA-24-400 Comanche S/N 23-16 is a fast (see performance chart photo) low wing, all metal, 4 place single engine retractable gear aircraft. This low total time aircraft is a not a project aircraft and is flow regularly, so times may very. It needs nothing; has current annual and IFR checks.

This is a dry climate aircraft; prior to moving to its current location the aircraft was operated from Tucson, AZ and was kept in a hanger for at least the last twelve years. It has a newer restoration with paint, leather interior and updated avionics. We believe that there is no hail damage, or any signs of corrosion.

No NTSB accident reports for this aircraft could be located. The aircraft was previously registered as N8429P and had a ground incident involving another aircraft in Jun 1964 when it was brand new! Details of repairs are in log books which are complete since new.
