This is a excellent airplane that I purchased to do multi engine training with and I had a extensive pre-buy done and every issue was rectified. You don"t need to do a title search because I just did it. You can talk to the IA that charged me $2,000 for a extensive pre-buy! Everything works on this plane and it is ready to go. I flew it from Seattle to Chicago no issues.
The interior is nice...no rips or anything...paint is nice!
This airplane just feels tight. I mean all the quick releases for every panel is there. No nut and bolts on the cowls, ect.
The avionics....while working great...could use a update...yep...those are Narcos!
The only reason I am selling this plane after having a extensive pre-buy, title search, having all the little stuff sorted out is that it does not have Co-Pilot brakes...my DPE will not do a check ride in a plane with no co-pilot brakes...none of the other DPE"s seem to have a problem with it.
So, I went out and bought another TWINCO. This plane has NEVER been used as a trainer. It is flown regularly. Is drama and issue free.
I am VERY knowledgable when it comes to these planes. This is a great plane that has been well loved. Put a 430W and a 345 in it and a Ron and Johns Panel for $800...you"ll have a very nice setup! or fly as is!
