“Damaged from landing mishap”

This aircraft flipped over during landing. The pilot had taken the wheel pants off just before the flight, evidently he failed to put a nut on the bolt that hold the front wheel shaft in. Unbeknownst to him, the wheel fell off after he took off, it was found on the runway. When the nose touched down the shaft dug into the grass runway, flipping the plane over. Neither the pilot or the passenger had any injuries.
