The compressions have been good every time we take it in. We have kept up with maintenance, started and flown it often. Never was owned by a school or flying club. Logbooks and original owner’s manual are complete since 1966 along with receipts for all purchased parts.
Working VOR Nav and King 170b NAV/COM. AD"s have been kept up to date.
Radio #2 tray for King nav/com KX-175b is disconnected; The #2 radio itself has working com but not nav. The aircraft comes with backup handheld com.
She is located in San Diego, CA and is sold As-Is & Where-is. Buyer is responsible to fly it to future home airport.
This aircraft has been flown on long cross country flights with no issues. Gainesville – San Diego; Los Angeles – San Francisco on the weekends; Los Angeles – Seattle, etc
Plane is out of annual, but we start it up, and taxi the plane around on a regular basis to keep the engine in good condition and oil throughout. We are confident that it will pass annual with little repairs needed. Last annual only cost $1500.
