Unfortunately time has gotten away and now the airport I keep it at is closing. The plane has been stored in a good hanger with a concrete floor.”

I haven"t flown this plane for a couple of years but it ran fine the last time I had it out. I bought an Arrow two years ago and planed to paint this plane and sell it. Unfortunately time has gotten away and now the airport I keep it at is closing. The plane has been stored in a good hanger with a concrete floor. The last annual was done July 1 of 2016. It hasn"t even had 2 hrs. put on it since the annual was done. It needs a paint job. My mechanic told me the air frame is in very good shape. No corrosion. The wheel pants are included.
