1967 Piper Cherokee PA 28 180D consisting of : PA 28 140 Air frame with a Lycoming 0-360-A3A 180 hp Factory Engine Conversion, 4 seat, fixed gear, 3072 hours on Air frame, 0 hours since Major Engine Overhaul, last Annual Inspection was 1-11-2011, I have all Log Books on the Air frame and Engine as well as the Owners Manuals, there is an approximately 1" oval shaped hole rubbed in the right lower engine cowling that has been there as long as I have owned the plane, the white paint is flaking mainly on the top of the wings, the red paint is all good, I have owned the airplane for 22 years and it has been based in East Texas, I bought the airplane in 1991 from a friend who also kept the plane locally, prior to my friend buying the plane it was based in the dry climate of west Texas, I have never loaned the plane and have carried my family and friends on trips in it therefore I feel good about the safety of this plane, I am interested in selling as I am ready to move on to other things, I ran an NAAA National Aircraft Appraisers Association valuation on this airplane (see attached) $29,684 value estimate, KX-145 & KX-155 King Nav-Comm Radios, AT-50A Narco Transponder, ll Morrow 800 Fly Buddy Loran & Narco ADF make up the Avionics package, all new interior carpet kit recently installed on floor of plane, plane can be seen locally in east Texas, the A & P mechanic who did the overhaul lives at his shop at the Airport where the plane is located, the airplane in my name and is free & clear of any liens, you can call me at 903-573-1000 cell., Thanks, Steve
