The Airframe total Time is 5006, Engine total time since overhaul by by Western Skyways is 575, the prop was new when installed and has 419 hours. All logs are complete, no hail damage and the annual will not be due until Aug of 2015. New paint and interior in 2005. The interior is deluxe grey with extra lumber support. The engine is the fuel injected Lycoming IO-360 with GAMI injectors. Everything is working as it should. The owner will include a Garmin 396 GPS with an XM weather receiver. The aircraft is being flown on occasion so the hours will vary.
