Annual Expired Oct 2018 Radios are terrible! KX170B x 2 Tested Good, bad PTT switch or wiring. Localizer GS Aux Electric Fuel Pump is temperamental...$450 to overhaul.

No, you can"t test fly it...it is out of annual. You will need a ferry permit...which I can assist with at the local FSDO...or you can hop in and fly it home...bring a hand held radio and hope you don"t get ramp checked, but thats your decision. There is nobody on my field to do a "pre-buy"...
I don"t want 50k for it either so...this is a inexpensive way to get into a Mooney with a fresh motor, excellent AP, EDM 830...nice cosmetics...for very little $.
