Mooney 1978 I have owned this plane since July 2010 and have invested a lot of time into this bird..

The Good: 0 SMOH, both fuel tanks field patched, Fuel sending units O/H (2015) prop AD complete INSP ok, new tires, rotors, brakes, ELT INSP ok, EDM 830, S-TEC AP, 13 hours on O/H Mags and Vac pump, new Air filter, new foam and upholstery on seats (2010). Turn/Bank O/H (2010), no corrosion inside wings or fuselage, I have all logs.
The bad: Some hardware needed for access panels, needs annual (last in 2012), needs SMOH test flight (ground portion complete today 18 June 2017), needs nav light covers, VOR INOP ( wiring issue), Needs 24 month Pitot Static test, some surface corrosion, non cancerous.
