The 1977 incident entry describes a nose gear accident including a propeller strike. The 1978 event details the replacement of the left hand wind assembly at 2176.5 total airframe time. In 1988, the incident described the repair of the horizontal stabilator and the replacement of the elevators with serviceable units. The airframe total time at this event was 3064 hours. The last recorded maintenance was conducted in 2016, when during an inspection it was noted that the lower engine firewall was damaged.
