This is a really nice project, I bought this several years back and have had it stored in my hanger. Low time, but has not been in the air in some time. Last pages of logs supplied. Wings had some sheet metal work done to them and slight damage history reported early in its life and some later (possible nose wheel) but cant be verified but everything looks great. Nice paint and interior possibly a few touch up spots and all logs. Last pages of logs showing but other papery work also goes with the aircraft but not showing.. Everything from prop to tail to wings and extra parts all on large rack. Engine spun over by hand with prop as it should. Nice aircraft located north of Tampa. Selling due to renovation costs of a property I need to complete. Current date: 2018-08-29
