Offering a 1981 C172RG Project. Landing gear and motor run great. Aircraft was parked for 4 years. Therefore there is some surface corrosion throughout the aircraft and wind damage on some flight control skins. Aircraft is sold without avionics. Avionics stack is for sale separately. This is a great airplane for someone who is looking for a project and end up with a very desirable Cessna. Pilots door needs some repairs. Gear swing was performed very successfully a week ago (can send video upon request). Engine run was performed very successfully, also a week ago (video can be sent upon request).
