This is a very clean 182 used for the last 20 plus years supporting a small contracting company. The decision has been made to sell the airplane. The airplane is very will maintained and has a good set of longs and reocrds. The orignal log book that covers the first three years is missing. It has been hangered the entire time the of the since purchase by its current owner. It does have some very light hail damage that was present when the current owner purchased the aircraft. It is cosmetic in nature only.

The new engine runs strong and uses little to no oil between changes. This skylane climbs good and is fast for a 182. The useful load is 1159 pounds, so it will carry a huge load. This is a great airplane that is in good condition with excellent maintenance history and will make a new owner happy for a long time to come.
