Annual Inspection 6/1/2018#1 68 #2 72 #3 76 #4 72 #5 77 #6 71/80Serviced oil 10 Qts. Phil. 100AW, and filter AA48110-2. Checked oil filter adapter per AD 96-12-22- Found okay at this time. Recheck at next oil filter change. Serviced spark plugs, installed new BA-2405 air filter. Replaced dipstick o-ring (MS28775-011). Took oil sample - results came back normal.C/W AD 71-09007 R1 exhaust inspection- Found okay at this time. Recommend exhaust system need to be overhauled.C/W AD 96-12-22 Oil filter adapter inspection.

C/W ELTtest per FAR 91.207- Test okay. Battery due 08/2020Flap motor intermittent- removed motor, cleaned transmission. Ops test okay
The crankcase is cracked at top of #5 cyl It has progressed every year. It is a heavy case. This engine is high time and should be considering an overhaul. Also at engine overhaul- it is recommended that all exhaust components be overhauled as well.2- landing gear hydraulic system is starting to seep hydraulic fluid at actuators. It"s been cleaned and should be visually inspected periodically.
