Make: EXCALIBUR II Model Year: 2010
This aircraft kit was manufactured in 2010 and bought uncompleted in September 2012. It was completed and received the Airworthiness Certificate May 19, 2013. I am a retired machinist and was meticulous in every step of the build. The kit is similar to the Challenger kit but has many improvements. I have also made changes to improve the handling, i.e. clipped wings and stiffened the fuselage to remove the flexing of the empennage. It burns approximately three gallons/hour of NON Ethanol hi-test fuel. The plane is equipped with: Rotax 503 engine, Ivo ground adjustable prop, electric back-up fuel pump, in flight elevator trim tab, rudder trim tab, compass, fuel gauge, duel CHT/EGT gauges, Hobbs meter, tachometer, turn coordinator, starter switch with r/l/b magneto positions, ELT transmitter, LED strobe/navigation lights, Narco Comm 120 TSO , KING KT78A transponder w/mode “C” encoder, and a Bendix-King AV80R-Ace GPS. The Hobbs meter has approximately 50 hours and will be continually flown. I will not accept bids if you have negative or no feedback. The deposit will be refunded if this item is not as presented unless final payment is not made within the time specified. Please ask before bidding if you have any questions. Thank you for your interest in this item. I encourage you to come see this plane.
