I am getting out of the instructing business and have this fantastic ELITE PI-135 Flight Simulator for sale. This was used mostly for instrument students so they could complete the 10 hours of the 40 hours required for their instrument rating. It can also be used for up to 2.5 hours toward a Private Pilot Certificate and for recency of flight experience "instrument". It is a great procedural system with the ability to complete startup, flight, and shutdown procedures. It includes a Hobbs meter and an ON/OFF key lock for anyone that wants to monitor the use for billing purposes.
