Mong Sport Biplane N98LFun to fly-Great looking sport biplane. Not light sport.Continental 100hp with starter and lithium battery.Current condition inspection. All paperwork in order.This airplane was built by Ed Fisher. It is the proto type for the MS-3. That means it is bigger and wider in the cockpit so a "normal" size person can fly it. I am 6" 212lbs and fit just fine.The airplane has 252.36 hrs. Total Time. The engine was overhauled last winter and now has 24.46 hrs. SMOH.The airplane was completed in 2002. The paint has held up very well and has a high gloss finish. There are some minor chips on the sides from seat belts and a small area on the right wing from a child stepping on the fabric. Just paint issue not fabric. There are a few scratches here and there but nothing anyone really notices. The left wing tip fabric has been patched. I only mention this so the new owner will know exactly what he has. The airplane shows very well and always draws a crowd where ever I take it.Aircraft based Palmyra, WI.
