Piper Colemill Panther Chieftain. 7450 TTAF 1060/1060 SMOH and 20 since IRAN. 20 L/R since Prop OH on Q-tip four blade props. New and/or OH exhausts, controller, turbos, wastegates, hoses and more. Winglets, intercoolers, constant 350 hp x 2 = 700 hp on tap for fast time to climb and high cruise of 215 kts. Economy cruise at 190 kts with full load.
Crew and cargo doors, AC, 8 seat O2, new paint, used but decent blue leather interior, carpet. Panel includes: newly OH Garmin 430 w/ new screen and data base, MX 20 MFD working well with Sirius WX. S-Tec 65 full 3 axis AP tracks, holds. King digital backups, RDR but inop, full CoPilot panel with new Horizon and T&B. New glass, door seals. No corrosion, logs are certified complete but missing books prior to 2004 when AdLog system was implemented. It begins with a certification by A&P that all times are true and correct. Damage to left wingtip in off side of runway "excursion". Well repaired including new Panther winglet. Dual landing/taxi lights, wing tip lights, new strobes, rubber is 80%, brakes also recent. Gear carefully rigged, props rigged, set, new unfeathering accumulators. Cabinetry includes both side drawers, dual tables in good condition, cabin lights all work, sheep skin seat covers all 8 seats. Good battery, starts and runs very well with clean idle, 44" MP for takeoff, syncs well (syncrophaser equipped but inop at present), heater core is current, fans working, AC is complete waiting on a new condenser hose to arrive.
Thorough January annual and ongoing maintenance for a nearly no squawk ship. Flying with my family regularly. Moving up to King Air. Will trade up or down for Cirrus 20-22 series.
