Five seat interior is mostly original and presents well except a tear in far aft headliner panel. Complete Logs. Very clean air frame with factory overhauled engines.The aircraft is out of annual for about 6 years, the props are due for their on time inspection, and other on time Ads will require compliance.
Fantastic starter twin, trainer, time builder, or personal transport. Do not confuse this with smaller older Apaches. These aircraft were an Aztec air frame with two Lycoming O540-235s and a larger five seat cabin and a 1900 plus useful load.

Any shipment of the aircraft must be arranged by the buyer after the transfer of ownership and will not be arranged for by the seller. The seller will allow the aircraft to stay in a hanger for 30 days without rent. At the end of 30 days, rent will commence at $300.00 per month for a maximum of 3 months and then must be removed

The buyer, by the purchase of the aircraft, does agree that he or she and their heirs and assigns, do relieve and hold harmless the seller, their heirs and assigns, and their seller"s representatives and their heirs and assigns, from and agree to assume any and all liability, financial or of any other nature, resulting from but not limited to injury, loss of life, or property damage that may arise from the description, prior maintenance, prior operation, prior ownership, present or future ownership, maintenance, and operation that may arise from the purchase and subsequent operation of said aircraft now and in perpetuity.
