For sale is a partially finished Waiex (Sonex) 2 place airplane kit. The kit is the original model as purchased over 10 years ago. Original purchase price was over $13,000.00. Control surfaces, flaps, and tail are done. Wing spars are finished. Right wing has ribs attached and ready to be skinned. Kit is complete as sold by Sonex. To finish plane one would need to purchase engine and propeller, upholstery, and instruments as desired. The photo is of a finished Waiex as I imagined mine would look when finished. Paint and polish is at the builders discretion. Plane is currently located in Clinton, Iowa. Current date: 2017-04-25
