The wings fabric is Dacron not Poly Fiber. It"s the light weight uncertified material.
It is supposed to have 7 layers of Poly brush/spray/tone applied to it.
That was never done and were not built correctly and needs to rebuilt and covered with new fabric and the tail fabric.
