VW Engine case and prop hub for experimental aircraft use. This was previously assembled for mock up, then never ran. It"s basically New, but I have listed it as used due to it"s prior assembly. It was purchased from TEC/Mosler after they closed in the early 90"s. It has been modified by being bored for 94 mm pistons and cylinders, clearance for stroker crankshafts, Hydraulic lifters, spin on oil filter, and modified for a custom main bearing to be used with a prop hub. included but not installed are (9_ case saver inserts for the head studs. Just apply some Loctite and screw them in. I"m also throwing in a prop hub and spacer although I don"t know for a fact if it"s the correct one for this case. I"m not an aircraft guy, so I you will have to determine if it will work for you. It is being sold in AS IS condition.
