If she doesn"t sell soon I will do some upgrades and price will go up significantly. This plane draws a crowd. And we can get there fast. Up to a 180 knot cruise or 155 Knot economy cruise. These 470 engines are by far the best continentals that have a bullet proof lower end and can go far past the TBO if properly maintained and flown with a top overhaul at TBO. I have planes I have inspected with this engine that have well over 2200 hours that had a good top overhaul and flown properly that are still running very strong. so this 310 should be good to go. I was pleased with the plane after the extensive annual, and I am a very picky IA with a good reputation.
