We had a complete annual inspection performed in June, 2015 as this aircraft has not been flown for several years --- many issues identified were repaired and are not listed herein
The following discrepancies/unairworthy items were identified and, at a minimum, will need correction to complete the annual:
1, A.D. 2005-18-12, hub corrosion - this applies to both Hartzell props2. Left engine mixture control cable frozen3. Right engine egt probe not installed4. Left engine egt indication is intermittent5. Right engine fuel control valve, electric fuel pump and gascolator is heavily corroded and inoperable6. Both brake master cyclinders need to be overhauled7. The nose tire is worn8. Aircraft trim system needs rigged9. All wheels bearings will need to be cleaned, inspected and packed10. ELT batteries need to be replaced and unit tested
