Replaced all Spark Plugs Replaced #4 Injector Line w/New Part Airframe: 4357.5 hrs TT Installed O/H Fuel Selector Vavle Jan. 2016 Transponder, Nav/Comm, Altimeter Tested and Inspected Jan. 2016 New Concord Batteries Jan. 2016 New Tires, Tubes, Brake Rotors and Pads Jan. 2016 Cleveland Wheels and Brakes O/H Dual Tachometer and Dual Manifold Pressure Gauge Jan. 2016 Newer Side Glass and Windshield by Great Lakes Aero Products 7/08 Nice Soft Cream Color Vinyl Seats w/Matching Side Panels. R/H Aileron does have some hangar rash No Hail Damage No Corrision Seen Avionics: King KMA 24 Audio Panel MX385 Nav/Comm King KT 76A Now this aircraft suffered a nose gear failure on landing. The nose gear would not extent with the pilots knowing this and made soft landing at the Glendale Airport in Glendale Arizona. There is a video online if you wish to watch, just search the N number of this aircraft. There was a double prop strike and damage to the nose and nose gear doors. Damage is minimal and should be a straight forward repair. Ferry it back to your homebase or take it for parts your choice. Airframe logbooks go back to 95", left engine go back to 87" and right engine back to 94. Previous logs were lost. Sold with log books, Airworthiness Cert. and FAA bill of Sale.
