For Your Consideration Today: AP Owner is Selling 1961 Mooney M20B Restoration Project NO KNOWN DAMAGE TO SKIN OR AIRFRAME!!! 1961 Was The First Year For The ALL METAL MOONEY Recent Paint New Glass Corrosion Proofed and Epoxy Coated Framework Stripped and Epoxy Coated Control Pushrods New Main Tires Currently Registered Comes With FAA Bill of Sale Newly Upholstered Seats Includes Most Instruments (Seats and Instruments Are In Storage, and Photos Are Not Readily Available) Delivery Possible For Additional Fee, but Plane Must Be Paid For Before Leaving LHQ Currently Stored at LHQ, Fairfield County Ohio New Plane Forces Sale Of This Pet Project No Log Books Are Included, But It Is Estimated That This Airframe Only Has About 3400 Hrs All M20s store fuel in two separate "wet wing" tanks, which are located in the inboard sections of each wing. The tanks in this Mooney have been stripped and cleaned and are ready to be re-sealed. The hard work is done. Fuel is driven from the tank to the injectors or carburetor by an engine-driven pump, backed up with an electric boost pump. Early Mooneys do not have factory fuel bladders. The wing tanks are to be sealed. A modification is available to install rubber bladders inside the existing tanks should you desire.Plane has been dis-assembled for transport.
