I am selling my well maintained Mooney M20E to gain growth capital for my new startup. This airplane is in excellent condition, and has been exceptionally maintained. It"s been hangared 912 out of 913 days I"ve owned it. Paint is 98% (2012), Interior is 95% (2011), no damage history, all logs, Harzell scimitar prop with new hub under 300hrs. ~1200hr engine, <2000hr TTAF. It will need new tires in the next 100 hours, but otherwise it is a sound bird. Annual was completed in Feb "15 with no squawks.
The airplane is hangared in KCPT, and will be available for pickup at that location. Current date: 2015-11-09
