65 Piper cherokee 180C TT airframe: 5100 TT engine: 3335 SMOH: 745 (time may change cause I fly it regular) annual completed 9-10-15 compression 78-79-79-77/80, previous annual compression were 76-77-42-75/80 we replaced #3 cylinder and compression was 78/80 engine is a lycoming 0-360 A4A was originally an 0-360 A3A in 1968 had a bad landing on nose gear (48 years ago). IFR certification completed on 1-6-16 installed an overhauled autopilot Directional Gyro with heading bug and an overhauled altimiter $3500. 2 years ago installed overhauled Attitude Indicator $2000, 1-25-16 installed a new PMA450 audio panel $2100, 1-28-16 installed an AlphaBeam landing light $275,
10-28-14 sandblasted and powdercoated seat frames and installed AirTech upholstery $2000 ( so just in last couple years I have tried to take good care of this aircraft just making it better ). has 2 KY197 comm, Kn53 with GS, Terra Tri nav with GS, narco T150 Transponder. I use Phillips X/C 20-50 oil. it has about 1032 lbs of useful load. I have all log books since new and all AD"s are complied with. It has pilot side toe brakes Good paint and Interior i cruise at about 2350-2400 RPM and burn about 8.5 gallons and it is STC for MOgas 91/96 octane.
