1967 PA28R-180 Arrow started out its life in Nebraska then went to AZ for many years. I purchased it in 09 and flew it from Arizona to Louisiana where it has been was stored in an air-conditioned/ heated hanger for the last seven years while I gradually restored to its present condition. As an A&P with IA, all work was well documented. The engine and prop were overhauled first and flown and hour or two then Paint, entire gear, struts, brakes, all hoses, and hydraulic actuators were disassembled, overhauled and reinstalled with new pivot pins. Co-pilot brakes were installed. Fiberglass airframe and engine cowl components were ground down and re-glassed to original condition and specs. The Lycoming IO-360-B1E engine was overhauled with Chrome Cylinders. All engine accessories and prop overhauled. New hoses and duct work installed. New metal and rubber engine baffling fabricated/installed. Airframe and control surfaces were stripped, primed with epoxy and painted with Imron. All glass was replaced with thicker than original. New sound proofing and complete interior were installed. New door seals. New instrument panel components, trim, and placards were installed. Current IFR certification and fresh annual signed off at purchase. All AD’s complied with. Lycoming IO360 B1E with Hartzell constant speed HC-C2YK-1BF prop.
