“Great flying condition. Has some cosmetic paint chipping around the cowling and tail. No damage history. Complete logs!”
We have owned this aircraft for about 7 years and it has been a great, reliable plane. We do not fly it as much as it should be flown so it is time to sell. Extensive annual was completed in August 2014. Received new battery, new seat belts, new ELT antenna and battery. New engine mounts last year, newer carpet. Has an 0-360 180 hp Lycoming with 3145 tt engine and airframe, and 993 SMOH. Flown regularly so times may vary. Conventional 6 pack VFR gauges and was once IFR certified but would need to be re inspected as we only fly VFR. Dual glide scopes (see pictures). Has a Narco MK12D radio which digital with the toggle button for ease of changing frequencies, and an older Genave Alpha/600 which works great as a backup or for monitoring another frequency. Audio panel is a Terra TMD-350D. The Transponder is a nice Bendix/King KT76C (with mode C). It had some light corrosion on the left wing spar close to the tip which was treated to Beechcraft standards and is all good to go. We have always had it in a hangar, but the previous owner had a cover made for it when it was outside. No damage history and complete engine and airframe logs. This is a great plane for training, cross country, or for just playing around! We burn about 8 gph, and with the 180 hp it performs great at my altitude (just under 5,000 ft).
