Engine has 2,195 SMOH Compressions at last annual were 72/80 74/80 72/80 73/80. Last annual was completed 10-15-2014. Owner lost his medical last year and has not flown the airplane in almost a year. It will need an annual along with a battery. Owner only flew 5 Hours after his last annual so it has been sitting. I have clean title to the airplane and it does not have any damage history that we know of. It does have 2 small spots of very minor surface corrosion. Paint looks good just needs a good buff or wax. This aircraft has the bigger nose strut and propeller as part of the STC. See pictures for details.This is a real fun little airplane to fly. I left the battery on a charger yesterday and started it today. It fired right up and ran strong... I taxied it around the airport and did a high speed taxing down the runway. It taxied very well. The tires are all in very good condition. I was expecting tire vibration from sitting but it was as smooth as can be.
