1970 Grumman Yankee AA-1 which has the supplemental modification for the installed - powerful little Lycoming O-320 / 160 HP engine. The aircraft has the original fuel tank capacity of 22 gallons usable. The instruments, unicom radio and transponder works as it should. The aircraft Tach Time is 1853, the engine TT is 3098 hrs and engine SMOH is 478 hrs. The engine compressions are 78/73/75/63. The aircraft has not been flown regularly for the past couple of years due to health issues.
