On Sep-30-15 at 07:34:48 PDT, seller added the following information:To answer some of the numerous questions,The total time is 5,282.5, engine was a factory overhaul done at 4,374.2 by Airpower Inc. and installed locally by Executive air Green Bay,WI. The engine is a Lycoming 0-320-E2D (150hp / 2000 TBO). Prop strike (snowbank) was nearly 30 years ago and repairs were made immediately *** it did not have any type of cowl or nose gear damage, just prop ***. The 172 does not have any dings, dents, corrosion or hail damage, it is a very nice airplane. Our little group has 2 aircraft (172 & 182) and it was decided to sell the 172 and replace it with a C-210 or similar.
