This is a well maintained B-60 Duke that has lived its entire life in either Arizona, California and Utah. It has 4284 Total Time with 290 and 420 SMOH. Props have 870 SMOH. Both engines have the carbide lifter STC. This Duke features Boundary Layer winglets, strakes and vg"s and this gives it a gross weight increase to 7039 lbs. The plane is also equipped with American Aviation Inner coolers which give added horsepower. It has complete logs since new, no damage history and zero corrosion. All AD"s and mandatory service bulletins are complied with. The paint and interior were both done in 2008 and are in good condition. There is zero tail corrosion . The panel was just updated ($50,000)and consists of GTN 750 with remote audio panel (GMA 350C)and remote GTX 345 transponder with ADS-B. There is a Flightstream 510 connext option connecting an Ipad mini. There is a Garmin G5 electric primary Attitude Indicator installed for back up. Everything is coupled to the Century IV with Yaw dampner. There is also a Shadin fuel computer and JPI 760 Digital Engine Analyzer. For weather avoidance there is a 3M stormscope, FIF-B weather radar on the 750 and Foreflight radar options on the IPAD.
