1976 Piper Archer II Airplane IFR Certified airplane with only 1796 TT hours on the Airframe and on the engine (Lycoming O-360, 180 HP). I do fly it regularly so the time will go up. This airplane is in really good condition! It has 2 King 170B radios and both of them were recertified (yellow tagged) this year. It also has an Auto Pilot (direction only). Hangered at Indy Exec. Fresh Annual last month (April 13, 2015) and a new battery was installed at that time. Uses less than one quart of oil between oil changes. Compressions: (1) 76/80 (2) 76/80 (3) 77/80 (4) 76/80. IFR Certification was completed on March 10, 2015. Early log books are missing but I have a Notarized statement verifying this plane has no damage history, the tachometer is original equipment and the time on the aircraft and engine are what the tachometer reads.
