This is the 4th or 5th time I"ve posted my plane for sale. I really don"t want to sell it so if your looking for a fire sale bargain, this isn"t the right plane for you. If your looking for a very well cared for plane that isn"t getting enough use to justify it"s ownership, than this is a great plane for you. I"m a pilot for the Civil Air Patrol so I have their planes to fly all the time: and they pay for it.
If your coming back again, send a message over to me if you are truly interested in either 1- Buying the plane outright, I’m still not shipping to Africa so stop asking. 2 – Buying 1/2 of the plane for 1/2 of it’s value. I’ve owned the plane for 4 years, it’s been great. No damage history prior or during my ownership. Great IFR plane with the autopilot coupled to the Garmin530, (the big screen over the 430 is well worth the price when things get bumpy). Flying at 55%, @120K, it’s burning 7.5 gal/hour. All AD’s are current, compressions are great, and it still looks great. Annual completed at the end of May 2015. 7 years ago and just over 500 hours since Zephyr rebuilt the engine due to a warranty crank issue, so the engine is virtually new. Prop is just over 500 hours as well. Total time is just over 6500 hours.
You can keep looking at eBay, Controller, Trade-a-Plane or Barnstormers and you won’t find a better plane for the money. Check AOPA vRef for valuation, my asking price is well positioned. As for a retract aircraft, you wont get a better insurance quote on any other retracts out there; this year my insurance is only $1090/year. I’m sure many of the 1000+ views are people just dreaming. A 20 year loan from Bank of America (one of the few banks to loan money for a plane) is about $400/month and this plane could be yours. Thanks for looking.
