The Falcon XP is an often overlooked aircraft that is wonderfully easy to fly and own.

The plane comes with a custom built trailer that fits the wings and fuselage.
I have used the trailer to transport the plane several thousand miles with no problems.

Wings professionally recovered by JB Aero & Son 3 years ago and has been hangared ever since.

Questions and answers:
1. Is the aircraft currently assembled and flyable? I would prefer to see it fly before completing the transaction.
1. The aircraft is currently on the trailer in a hangar, so it is not assembled, but only takes about 20 minutes with 2 people who know what they are doing to put it together.
2. Is the trailer in the pictures the one that is included in the sale?
2. The trailer in the pictures IS the one that is included with the sale. It is currently registered.
3. Were there any remaining discrepancies from the last annual?
3. Not sure what you mean by remaining discrepancies in the annual. It passed inspection by an IA mechanic.
4. What did the last annual cost?
4. The last annual inspection cost $300.
5. Did you purchase the 503 used or new?
5. I purchased the Rotax 503 brand new from Leading Edge Air Foils in 2009.
6. What is the history in this engine?
6. I did the break-in procedure following the Rotax procedure exactly and it has less than 15 hours on it now.
I have all the original Rotax documentation and maintenance schedules.
7. Also who did the covering?
7. JB Aero & Son did the recovering. Jim Beams is an IA and his son Steve Beams is an A&P.
