1990 Avid Flyer, Light Sport 75 hours Total Time, 75 hours Since new on Engine, Rotax 582 grey head ( has had no upgrades since it was new in 1990) 3 bladed ground adjustable prop, wings fold for trailering, electric start, alternator, oil injection system removed but included, wings have 14 gallon tanks for a total of 28 gallons. Fabric is original ceconite from 1990, but is in great condition. Whelen strobe/nav combo on tips, Terra Com radio, Terra Transponder with Mode C, sigtronics intercom, dual push to talks, dual brakes, new battery, all new fuel lines and oil lines on engine. Airplane just brought out of long term storage: flew 72 hours from 1990 to 1992 then it was stored in a climate controlled wharehouse from 1992 until October of last year, I (A&P, IA) spent the winter going thru it and cleaning it up, when I finished it in mid-winter, I cold seized it on my first flight....I"m not a two stroke guy....recently, after finishing other projects I finally got around to putting a new Piston, new rings, and new rod bearings in the cylinder that seized. The cylinder wall was undamaged. It now runs and flys great, in fact I flew it this morning! There is no trailer included. You must pick it up with a trailer, I will not deliver.
