| Gorgeous Kitfox 5 Vixen w/ Lycoming O-235 & Prince P-Tip Propeller. A&P built in 1998 & the quality shows. Airframe TT = 144.3 hrs. Lycoming O-235-C has 65hrs Since Major by Custom Airmotive. Nice VFR panel & two place intercom. VAL 760 Digital Flip Flop Radio w/ PTT switches on each stick. Mode-C KT76A T-pondr. Air Gizmo for Garmin 396/496 included. Had plans to install on panel in place where compass. Annual completed March 2015 - Compressions 78,79,75,76. Cruise speed 105mph. Stall is non-event at 40 indicated with stick full back and 500fpm steady decent. Paint & Interior rate 9. Specifications: Fuel Capacity is 27 gallons. This aircraft has folding wings & included is the Factory wing brace kit for transport or storage. This airframe has factory float fittings installed. The rear float fitting is on the underside of the landing gear weldment and the forward float fitting is below the front of the door frame. Dual adjustable rudder pedals - There is lots of headroom plus, each side of the rudder pedals adjust individually to fit each pilot. There are 7 rudder adjustment positions. I am 5"11" and keep the rudder pedals in the 4th position back. Each click of adjustment is about 1 1/2 inches Amazing visibility out front, overhead and behind. 1,550lbs Gross, 620lb useful load. NOT LIGHT SPORT! Painted, matching wheel pants included but not currently installed. VG"s on wings & tail for incredible performance.
