This is a low time Commander for sale by the second owner. It has 1012 hours on the airframe and about 10 hours on a new prop and full major engine overhaul on chrome. Upholstery is upgraded with new front seat covers, new carpet with sound attenuating padding, headliner replaced. The door panel trims are custom walnut. Paint is a 9.
It has a great rate of climb because of the Scimitar prop and flap gap seals. Great fuel economy: it burns 5 to 5.5 gallons per hour at around 115 kt indicated or full throttle 140 kt at 9 gph.
