According to the POH, this Bonanza has a top speed of 183 knots with a cruising speed of 175 knots while burning 15 gph. The plane has a takeoff roll of under 1000 feet and will climb over 1100 fpm while fully loaded. The useful load is 1220 lbs. The polyurethane paint is in excellent condition, and is rated an "8", The interior is leather and is rated "7.5. The seats are overstuffed, so provide an extra level of comfort. The tinted glass is also in excellent condition. The Century III autopilot is rock solid and has altitude hold.Last year the plane was involved in a gear up landing. Damage was confined to the 2 small forward belly skins, flaps, step and nose gear doors. Repairs were accomplished by a sheet metal shop specializing in Bonanza repair.
