I am looking for a partner to share my 1977 Cessna 172XP, N527CA. I am the second owner and have had her since 2001. She is a great and reliable plane. Annual inspections historically have been around $2400, the monthly tie down is $100 per month. She burns about 8 to 9 gallons per hour. The engine is an IO360K and has 1750 hours on it. Annual inspection was completed in July 2015. I would like to find a partner who lives in the San Diego area. I am willing to relocate to KMYF as I live in Ocean Beach. Current date: 2015-10-06
