Firm Price: $14,000 (the low-time Rotax engine is worth this)
This price includes a fully enclosed aluminum trailer (see photo above). The trailer has four brand-new tires on it, with a spare. The lighting has been re-wired and has been checked and works fine. The trailer jack is both electric and manual and works fine. It is ready to be towed away. Extra photos of the trailer are available. The price includes the trailer, but if you don"t need the trailer, the price will be the same.
The plane is located near West Houston airport, currently stored. (Photo above shows Kolb in trailer.) This is ready to go!
NOTE:
Brakes need to be bled, floorboard fastened, and gap seal needs some work. I recently discovered the right horz stab was painted something other than the PolyFiber which is used throughout the rest of the plane. The stab shows some cracking/flaking but the fabric seems to be okay. The PolyFiber UV blocker was used on all other parts. The price is set low to adjust for these issues.
If you are handy and can address these minor issues, this would be a great (and easy) project.
