1996 Lancair 360, SN 887-320-684 SFB. Total Time since new 250 Hrs. Log Book since new. Complete finished airframe minus engine. Includes complete instrument panel all gages, flight instruments, Nav/Comm, and Transponder. Airframe is painted and interior finished. Wings have been removed for transport and storage. There are a few spots of minor hangar rash. No major damage. Aircraft is currently registered with FAA. 180 HP engine removed for upgrade and has been SOLD! I have a Zero time SOH IO-360 High Perf., engine available at an additional cost. All manuals. A very clean easy project.
