I am selling my share ( 1/3 ) of this beautiful 172. Partners would consider selling the whole airplane for $36,000 but THIS IS AN AUCTION FOR MY SHARE OF ONE THIRD OWNERSHIP.I recently purchased a 1982 because it was a deal that I could not refuse. Now I hardly fly this one and this is a great opportunity for someone to own a piece of the Best aircraft aver built. TT is approx 3,500 and TTSMOH is approx 2,300. We just had the four cylinders sent out to "Don George Engine Repair Shop" in Orlando, Fl. Google it. He (the shop) is a very reputable Repair Center. The mechanic that did the work said that now the engine will give us about 700 more hours without problems. At 100 hr/year it means that we won"t have to invest in an engine for 7 years but...if we find a good buy we may get a 180 hp. (this one is a 160hp).Very recent Annual Inspection $7,131. I can text you a picture of the invoice, just don"t have it on my computer. It is equiped for IFR but it has to go for the pitot-static inspection. Auto pilot is not working but can be easily repaired. Paint is an 8, interior is a 9. Garmin 495 in the instrument panel. New tires, oil changes are frequent, with mineral oil for the first 50hr after the cylinders were installed back. Long Range tanks, Muffler overhauled, engine mounts replaced, Propeller was overhauled at annual, new steering boots, new seat tracks, resealed rh brake caliper, new flap motor and switches, windows resealed, Nav lights, strobe assembly, new ignition harness, Recently replaced transponder with a Garmin GTX327 (before the annual) It has a Garmin audio panel. The three of us are very responsible with the maintenance and don"t have problems with scheduling flight time, whoever is flying texts the other two. First one to text has the aircraft for that time. We do not fly a lot so not much conflict in schedules. Aircraft has been in a hangar in KISM but this month we are going to tie it down at KORL, waiting for the assignment of a hangar or a Covered spot.Call if you need info. 407-340-4104 Only cash accepted in front of the airplane in exchange for the keys and signing a document to certify the transfer.
