Aircraft just has a newly overhauled engine installed. 0 SMOH, Engine upgraded to 160 HP. Aircraft total time is 5700. No damage history. Aircraft was opened up for an annual inspection but mechanic passed away two weeks ago and work was left unfinished. New elevator trim barrel and cables installed. Just need to be attached and rigged. That is the hardest thing left to be done. New tires and brakes. We are understaffed and cannot complete it. With Right individual the aircraft can be flying in 2 days. Will provide an IA to work with owner for owner assisted annual if desired. New engine is installed and run up was satisfactory. Some instruments were removed for maintenance and will provide for reinstallation. Lower nose bowl of cowling missing.
